Day of Coordination

 Need  someone to manage and oversee your next event?  With this package we will assist you with your final planning, review vendor contracts, make assessments, prepare detailed timeline, managing and coordinating all the final details of your event two to three months prior to the event date.  Package includes:

• Free initial consultation (up 1hr)
• Basic phone and email question during business hours 9am to 5pm
• One meeting per month
• Venue walk through
• Review and coordinate of all vendor contracts
• Confirmation of all vendor appointments 2 weeks prior to event
• Timeline and itinerary management
• Complete on-site management and coordination services for the event (up to 10 hrs)
• Oversee vendor arrivals and deliveries
• Disburse vendor's final payments and gratuities
• Coordinate rental return items

Partial Planning

You've planned most of your event but need professional assistance for certain aspects of the planning process. Let us take care of the planning so you may focus more on enjoying your event. With this package we will assist you with your final planning, refer quality vendors, make assessments, review vendor contracts, prepare detailed timeline, and manage and coordinate day of event.
